Operating procedure for the solid phase assay using Aliivibrio fischeri

This document describes the process carried out in collaboration with SNPA Agencies, research institutes, universities and private laboratories for the drafting of an operational protocol for the execution of the solid phase test using the marine bacterium Aliivibrio fischeri.  This contribution arose from the need of a shared and validated method, also for the purpose of the accreditation process according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and in full application of national regulations, such as DM 173/2016.
