Next 14 November Rome, at the Sala della Regina di Montecitorio, the CleanAir @ School launch event will be held. The presentation will be chaired by Alessandro Bratti, DG Ispra Vice President of the European Environment Agency.
The CleanAir @ School project is an environmental education initiative and of Citizen Science EPA Network. Specifically, the project includes environmental education and training activities through the monitoring of Nitrogen Dioxide, one of the main pollutants in urban areas, largely determined by motor vehicle traffic. The monitoring results will be published in an already available European platform. The project coordinator for Italy is ISPRA, which participates together with the agencies of the SNPA system, in cooperation with the Citizen Science and Environmental Education Working Groups.
