Forgotten fruits and recovered biodiversity. The germplasm of wine and fruits of traditional Italian agriculture. Case studies: Campania and Veneto
With the eighth Bookleet of forgotten fruits and recovered biodiversity, focused on the case-studies of Campania and Veneto, ISPRA continues to promote the knowledge and sharing on Italian regional agrobiodiversity. The Bookleet carried out by ISPRA and ARPA Emilia-Romagna and with the contribution of many local experts, is part of a book necklace dedicated to the study of Italian fruit no longer cultivated and in danger of extinction, with the hope that they will be produced again and enjoy as before. With this iniziative ISPRA contributes to the conservation of an important genetic and cultural resource, handed down for centuries by local farmers, and fundamental to face the challanges of environmental changes.
